Do I need an appointment?

Walk-ins are welcome throughout opening hours, but booking ahead guarantees the doctor and time you choose and shortens your wait.

Do you accept health insurance?

We bill most Egyptian insurance plans directly. Check your plan on the insurance page, or bring your card and we will check it at reception in minutes.

How much is a consultation without insurance?

A family medicine consultation is EGP 250, a specialist EGP 400 and paediatrics EGP 350; a follow-up with the same doctor within seven days is free.

How does a video consultation work?

Choose a time and the visit type “Video consultation”, and we send you a secure link ten minutes before. It costs EGP 199, and the doctor sends any prescription to your pharmacy.

Do you offer home visits?

Yes, for family medicine, paediatrics and physiotherapy anywhere in Alexandria, usually within three hours of your request. Ask by phone or on WhatsApp.

When are lab results ready?

Most routine tests are ready within 24 hours and reach you by email or WhatsApp, with a free review to go through them with a doctor.

Do I need to fast before a check-up?

Some packages need 8 to 10 hours of fasting; water is fine. We show it on every package and remind you in the confirmation message.

How do I cancel or change my appointment?

Call us or message us on WhatsApp at least two hours before your appointment; there is no charge to cancel or change it.
